Professor Harold Hosback and disabled wife Rosalie lived in Saganaw Michigan and had family in Wisconsin.  Their wishes included a retirement home with handicap access and special needs construction.  I was the listing agent on a new construction condominium project that included an elevator to the underground garage.  The entire transaction was conducted via email, snail mail, phone & fax.  Professor Hosback filled out the Quality Service Survey with the following comment:  It may be of interest to note that the entire transaction - start to finish - was completed in 4 days with the mortgage paper work completed in two additional days.  And all of this was done sight unseen, I never saw the place or Renae.  She was my eyes and ears to the project.  We're now enjoying the results of her labors. ~ Professor Harold Hosback
